Happy Hunting~

This hunting season has truly been blessed~

A bull elk,

and now a buck deer

(actually two!)

Way to go Daniel~

He was patiently waiting as we've had a lot of does

around

but no bucks.

Finally,

yesterday morning he spotted this guy~

We've been cutting out tenderloins 

and 

back straps

and are grinding a fair amount of meat.

Just LOVE making

breakfast & italian sausage 

with venison :)
