Some days...

...are all about getting the chores done~

There were mountains of laundry to

be washed, dried, folded, and put away,

and all the sheets still needed to be washed.

Then,

to add to the list,

I found (or should I say 'smelled out') that

there was something 'awry' in the refrigerator

that required an immediate cleaning.

Somehow, 'something' had fallen down

behind the shelves-YUCK!

What else to do but put on a nice, long, unabridged

book on tape to listen to with the daughter :)

Besides,

the men were out of the house and we

could listen freely (without wisecracks, because

it is, after all, called Ballet Shoes)

and then,

when all is said & done

sitting down to knit and relax~

Chores done!
