What lovely molds! You and Olivia will have such fun and maybe even a little business growing before long!! Do you make chevre? If you were closer, I would buy cherve from you...what are the laws there regarding selling goat dairy products? We have a cow-share here in IN.
We do make chevre and have found it very easy and so yummy! No selling of raw goat's milk here in Utah unless you are a 'certified dairy'. In fact, we're learning that mozzarella is quite easy and then we make our ricotta from the whey from that~so much still to learn!
