Thankful...

...for the little things.

It's easy for me to sometimes

get 'caught up', 'too busy', or 'distracted'.

To miss

 the beauty 

in the little things~

things like rain, green grass, sunsets, birds, flowers,

and afternoon hikes.

Thankfulness wells up in me when I see

the little things~

Psalm 8:9

"O Lord our Lord, how majestic

 (how magnificent,

how glorious, 

how honorable,

how admirable,

how excellent)

 is your Name in all the earth!"

This past week we received some incredibly
soaking rain~much needed for our high desert area!

Everything's turning GREEN~

Sunsets over the mountains~

The sweet, little hummingbirds
have returned~

And, we have a pair of mountain bluebirds
nesting in our birdhouse~the female escaped 
her picture being taken.
