Managing Machinery~

Dave's been giving Jonathan some lessons
on the backhoe~
(he did get his permit recently after all)

This machine is not only used for snow removal
around here
but for clearing, digging, and moving.

We're hoping, since the snow is melted 'for now',
to clear some sagebrush inside the horse fence for our next step
towards getting horses.
We're hoping, to finish digging a trench from the house
to the barn to have water for the animals (goats & chickens)
without having to haul it.
We're hoping to move the road in front of our house
 out to the boundary line
and change the entrance...
We're hoping!
Yep, we're hoping!
It's spring and change is in the air.
We're hoping...for the grace to do all the projects
we have and to thank God in the middle of it all!

A change of seasons~

Where we live, in our mountain home, the seasons are changing.  Already we have had snow dust the mountains more than once this fall....
