Every year,
for the past several years,
we have enjoyed a local creche exhibit
of about 900 different nativity sets at the beginning
of December.
They are amazing!
Made out of paper, seeds, nuts, newspaper,
bottle caps, porcelain, wood, coconut, ivory...
and from dozens of different countries.
It's a free event~
and always surprises me that it is held in an LDS ward.
What a testimony to Jesus and his coming!
So simple, so divine...
it never ceases to amaze me~
His coming into our world
100% God,
100% Man,
a baby...
our King and Saviour.
Oh, how I need Him!
Here's a little sample:
(note: no flash is allowed, so some of the pics are a little dark)
