Where does our food come from?

Last night I was invited to see the movie FRESH 

at our local library.  What an amazing film!   

It's quite an eye-opener as to where our food 

comes from and where the 'industry' has taken it. 

It was sad to see the feed lots and how cattle, 

chickens, and hogs are raised.  I was surprised, however,
 to hear the interview from Joel Salatin from Polyface

Farm sharing his godly philosophy-what a testimony!
 A lot of people, including our family are getting back to 
'backyard' gardening, good old-fashioned composting, 
and even raising chickens and goats
 (we don't have the goats YET)...
