This past week we picked up 48 pounds of cherries on a trip to Santequin. Whew!
Then at the Farmer's Market I ended up with a 26-pound box of green beans.
What to do? What to do?
Can, freeze, or dry...
I ended up doing a little of each since I'm somewhat limited on freezer space.
(The boys are hoping to fill some of that space with good 'venison meat' during hunting season.)

So, we got to work~
stemming and pitting...
canning...
freezing...
and drying...
Then, on to the green beans~
canning dilly beans...
and freezing for side dishes and soups...
DONE!
