...and a season for every activity
under heaven;
a time to be born
and a time to die~
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-2
It was with great sadness that we learned of my husband's father's passing away this past January 4th, 2012,
while we were 'on-route' to see him after he
entered into hospice care~

However, in the bitter-sweetness of it all,
since he had only passed away about an hour and a half before we arrived,
they kept him in his hospice room so we could say our good-byes.
We were so thankful to be able to be with his mom and the rest of the family for an entire week afterwards~

The kids did such a great job holding down the 'fort' here
and taking care of our animals...
showing great responsibility while we were away.
A BIG THANK YOU
to all our friends here who helped out
during that week!
You will be missed,
beloved father,
beloved father,
father-in-law,
and Grandpa~

Dear Jennifer, I am so sad to hear about the passing of your father-in-love. It hurts so much to lose someone you really love. I'm sorry for your husband...is he able to grieve well? I know you are helping him.
I hope you will look on my sidebar:)With the help of my daughter Rebecca, we made you a button (Cherish Home)to put into the scrolling thingy. You are dear to me~ your love for Christ and your family.
Be blessed in the Lord, you and your household.
