To be or not to be~

Way back in February,

which mind you,

is actually late for goats to breed,

our son took our sweet doe,

Tippy,

over to 'be' with a buck

for a couple weeks.

We had wanted to try this a bit

earlier, like November,

but due to circumstances weren't able to.

So, now we wait,

we watch, 

we question,

is she pregnant???

Now, it's hard to know if a goat

is actually pregnant, I've been told.

And, this obviously, is our first attempt to breed her.

Within the last week, though, her sides

'seem' 

to be kind of 'bulging' and they

'seem'

to be getting bigger.

At least they're not getting smaller!

I've heard you can do an ultrasound,

on a goat, (really?)

to see FOR SURE if they are pregnant~

but, alas, that's out of the budget

(and out of the question!)

So, 

we wait,

we watch,

we question...
